PR Business Consultants use the most update tools available to understand our customers current situation, so it is imperative that we look for the next best tool.  To that end, we can and will make MIS and other software recommendations based on our actual experience with the tools, or on our knowledge of the products and the reliability of the supplier.

PR Business Consulting evaluates the use and needs of our customers systems in place at your facilities.  We review the operations, collection and use of data, and the integration of data for planning and exception reporting.  Further, we look at the (needed seamless) integration of tools in place to the department and company P&L statements to determine impact of fleet and transportation actual operations.

We will review, as part of the defined customer task/project:

• Fleet Operating Software - if any in place
• Dispatch software
• Routing software
• On-board systems, that track labor, deliveries, and other costing factors
• D.O.T. compliance requirements and the appropriate software to track
• GPS tracking as compliment to some of the above

We do not design or implement software solutions.  However, we do create the blue print for potential suppliers to aid your business and be accountable to a time-line and cost budget that provide value for your company.  We do assist in the selection of software and hardware necessary to meet your demands, and will work in concert with your MIS department - thus eliminating duplication and delay.
